pd-readanysf software package provides Pd object for reading multiple audio file formats, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install pd-readanysf
pd-readanysf is installed in your system.
Make ensure the pd-readanysf package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep pd-readanysf *
You will get with pd-readanysf package name, version, architecture and description in a table
